This section requires an entity seeking a grant or cooperative agreement to submit the application and information required by the Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
To be eligible for an award of a grant or cooperative agreement under this subchapter, an entity must submit to the Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance an application in that form and manner, and containing that information, as required by the Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
