This section requires each grant recipient to submit an evaluation within one year. The evaluation must follow requirements set by the Attorney General in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Each State, Indian Tribe*, unit of local government, or community-based nonprofit organization that receives a grant under this subchapter must submit to the Attorney General an evaluation not later than 1 year after receipt of the grant in that form and containing that information as the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, may reasonably require.
