The Secretary may use a consolidated announcement and review process for funds under parts A through E. The section permits specified combined applications and reviews.
about funds available to carry out parts A, B, C, D, and E, nothing in this subchapter must be construed to prohibit the Secretary from— (1) announcing, in a single announcement, the availability of funds for grants under 2 or more of such parts; and (2) reviewing applications for grants under 2 or more of such parts in a single, consolidated application review process.
With respect to funds available to carry out parts A, B, C, D, and E, nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the Secretary from—
announcing, in a single announcement, the availability of funds for grants under 2 or more of such parts; and
reviewing applications for grants under 2 or more of such parts in a single, consolidated application review process.
