Starting October 1, 1996, and every following July 1, the Attorney General must report to Congress. The report covers this part's rollout, state eligibility, and fund distribution. It also covers how funds under this part were actually used.
Beginning on October 1, 1996, and each subsequent July 1 after that, the Attorney General must report to Congress on the implementation of this part. This includes a report on states' eligibility under sections 12103 and 12104 of this title, and on the distribution and use of funds under this part.
Beginning on October 1, 1996, and each subsequent July 1 thereafter, the Attorney General shall report to the Congress on the implementation of this part, including a report on the eligibility of the States under sections 12103 and 12104 of this title, and the distribution and use of funds under this part.
