By December 31, 1998, the Attorney General had to send Congress's Judiciary Committees a report. The report had to evaluate the model programs built under this part. It also had to recommend how to create a national crime-prevention program.
By December 31, 1998, the Attorney General had to prepare and submit to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees an evaluation of the model programs developed under this part. The report also had to make recommendations regarding implementing a national crime prevention program.
Not later than December 31, 1998, the Attorney General shall prepare and submit to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House and Senate an evaluation of the model programs developed under this part and make recommendations regarding the implementation of a national crime prevention program.
