The Attorney General may provide technical assistance and training to support this part's goals, and may evaluate programs receiving funds under it. This work can be done directly by the Attorney General or through contracts with other groups.
The Attorney General may offer technical assistance and training to help carry out this part's purposes. The Attorney General may also arrange evaluations of programs that receive funding under this part, in addition to any evaluation requirements already set for grant recipients. This technical assistance, training, and evaluation work can be done directly by the Attorney General, or through contracts or other arrangements with outside organizations.
The Attorney General may provide technical assistance and training in furtherance of the purposes of this part, and may provide for the evaluation of programs that receive funds under this part, in addition to any evaluation requirements that the Attorney General may prescribe for grantees. The technical assistance, training, and evaluations authorized by this section may be carried out directly by the Attorney General, or through contracts or other arrangements with other entities.
