The Attorney General must work with the States to include domestic-violence and intimidation data, including stalking, in the National Incident-Based Reporting System within the stated deadline.
Not later than 2 years after September 13, 1994 , the Attorney General, under the States, must compile data regarding domestic violence* and intimidation (including stalking) as part of the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS).
