Congress enacted the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact into federal law and had the federal government join it. Congress also gave states permission to join the Compact themselves.
The National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact*, found in section 40316, is enacted into federal law, and the federal government has joined it. Congress also gives its consent for states to join the Compact.
The National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact*, as set forth in section 40316 of this title, is enacted into law and entered into by the Federal Government. The consent of Congress is given to States to enter into the Compact.
