The Attorney General must send reports to Congress every year. These are the reports required somewhere else in this Act. The deadline is January 31, covering reports from the year before.
Each year, no later than January 31, the Attorney General must submit reports to Congress. The reports go to both the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives. These are the reports that this Act, or any amendment made by this Act, requires the Attorney General to produce. The Attorney General must send every report required from the preceding year by that January 31 deadline.
Not later than January 31 of each year, the Attorney General shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives each report required by the Attorney General under this Act or an amendment made by this Act during the preceding year.
