This section defines three terms used in this chapter. "Firearms offenses" means crimes under title 18, sections 922 or 924. "Program" means the Project Safe Neighborhoods Block Grant Program.
This section defines three terms used in this chapter. "Firearms offenses" means an offense under section 922 or section 924 of title 18. "Program" means the Project Safe Neighborhoods Block Grant Program, established under section 60702 of this title. "Transnational organized crime group" has the same meaning given to it in section 2708(k)(6) of title 22 — this section does not redefine it here.
For the purposes of this chapter—
the term “firearms offenses” means an offense under section 922 or 924 of title 18;
the term “Program” means the Project Safe Neighborhoods Block Grant Program established under section 60702 of this title; and
the term “transnational organized crime group” has the meaning given such term in section 2708(k)(6) of title 22.
