The corporation must keep complete financial records and minutes of its national conventions and council of administration. A member or the member’s representative may inspect them for a proper purpose at a reasonable time.
(a) Records.—The corporation must keep (1) correct and complete accounting records and (2) minutes of its national conventions and council of administration. (b) Inspection.—A member, or the member’s agent or attorney, may inspect the corporation’s records for any proper purpose at any reasonable time.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account; and
minutes of the proceedings of its national conventions and council of administration.
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
