The board of directors chooses the corporation’s principal office. The corporation may operate throughout the United States, its territories, and its possessions.
The board of directors decides where the corporation’s principal office is. The corporation’s activities are not limited to that location and may take place throughout the States, territories, and possessions of the United States.
The principal office of the corporation shall be in a place decided by the board of directors. However, the activities of the corporation are not confined to the place where the principal office is located but may be conducted throughout the States, territories, and possessions of the United States.
