The corporation alone may use or authorize use of “Little League,” “Little Leaguer,” and the official emblem or a confusingly similar version. Existing vested rights are not affected.
The corporation has the exclusive right to use and permit others to use the names “Little League” and “Little Leaguer,” and the official Little League emblem or any colorable simulation of it. This section does not affect vested rights.
