The corporation may adopt bylaws and a seal, choose officers and agents, form a board of 5 to 15 trustees, maintain offices, manage property, collect dues and contributions, sue or be sued, and take other necessary or appropriate actions.
The corporation may (1) adopt and amend bylaws; (2) adopt and change a corporate seal; (3) appoint or elect officers and agents; (4) choose a board of trustees of at least 5 and no more than 15 people to conduct business and use the corporation’s powers; (5) establish and maintain offices; (6) acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer property needed or appropriate for its purposes; (7) charge and collect dues and receive money or property contributions for its purposes; (8) sue and be sued; and (9) take any other necessary or appropriate action to carry out its purposes.
The corporation may—
adopt and amend bylaws;
adopt and alter a corporate seal;
appoint or elect officers and agents;
choose a board of trustees, consisting of at least 5 but not more than 15 individuals, to conduct the business and exercise the powers of the corporation;
establish and maintain offices to conduct its activities;
acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer property as necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of the corporation;
charge and collect membership dues and receive contributions of money or property to be devoted to carrying out the purposes of the corporation;
sue and be sued; and
do any other act necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of the corporation.
