The corporation may take the listed actions to organize itself, manage its affairs, and carry out its purposes.
The corporation may—(1) create its organization, including its constitution, bylaws, and regulations; (2) adopt or change a corporate seal; (3) establish and keep offices for its activities; (4) appoint or elect officers and agents; (5) authorize its executive committee to conduct the corporation’s business and use its powers; (6) acquire, own, lease, place a claim or other burden on, and transfer property as needed or appropriate for the corporation’s purposes; (7) publish a magazine and other publications; (8) charge and collect membership dues and subscription fees; (9) bring lawsuits and have lawsuits brought against it; and (10) take any other action needed or appropriate for the corporation’s purposes.
The corporation may—
make its own organization, including its constitution, bylaws, and regulations;
adopt and alter a corporate seal;
establish and maintain offices to conduct its activities;
appoint or elect officers and agents;
authorize the executive committee to conduct the business and exercise the powers of the corporation;
acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer property as necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of the corporation;
publish a magazine and other publications;
charge and collect membership dues and subscription fees;
sue and be sued; and
do any other act necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of the corporation.
