The corporation must keep accurate financial records, meeting minutes, and a list of voting members' names and addresses at its main office. Any voting member, or their agent or lawyer, can inspect these records for a proper reason at a reasonable time.
(a) Records. The corporation must keep correct and complete records of account; minutes of the proceedings of its members, its board of representatives, and any committee that has authority from the board; and, at its main office, a record of the names and addresses of members entitled to vote.
(b) Inspection. A member entitled to vote, or that member's agent or attorney, may inspect the corporation's records for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account;
minutes of the proceedings of its members, board of representatives, and committees having any of the authority of its board of representatives; and
at its principal office, a record of the names and addresses of its members entitled to vote.
A member entitled to vote, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
