The corporation must send the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution an annual report about its activities. The Secretary must send Congress any part considered nationally important.
The corporation must send the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution an annual report about the corporation's activities. The Secretary must tell Congress about any part of the report that the Secretary considers important to the nation.
The corporation shall submit an annual report to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution on the activities of the corporation. The Secretary shall communicate to Congress any part of the report that the Secretary considers of national interest and importance.
