The corporation may adopt governing documents and a seal, choose officers, contract, manage property, and sue or be sued.
The corporation may—
(1) adopt and change a constitution and bylaws for managing its property and regulating its affairs;
(2) adopt and change a corporate seal;
(3) choose the officers it requires;
(4) make contracts;
(5) acquire, own, lease, place liens or other burdens on, and transfer property as necessary or convenient to carry out its purposes; and
(6) sue and be sued.
The corporation may—
adopt and amend a constitution and bylaws for the management of its property and the regulation of its affairs;
adopt and alter a corporate seal;
choose officers as the corporation requires;
make contracts;
acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer property as necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes of the corporation; and
sue and be sued.
