(a) Records.—The corporation must keep complete accounting records and minutes of national convention proceedings. (b) Inspection.—A member or the member's representative may inspect the records for a proper purpose at a reasonable time.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account; and
minutes of the proceedings of its national convention.
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
