The corporation may adopt governing documents and a seal. It may hold United States real and personal property only as needed for its purposes and only up to $50,000.
The corporation may—
(1) adopt a constitution and bylaws;
(2) adopt a seal; and
(3) hold real and personal property in the United States, but only as necessary to carry out its purposes and only up to a total amount of $50,000.
The corporation may—
adopt a constitution and bylaws;
adopt a seal; and
hold real and personal property in the United States, but only to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes of the corporation and only in an amount not more than $50,000.
