The corporation alone may use the name “Naval Sea Cadet Corps” and its listed identifying marks and words or phrases. This section does not change rights already held by others.
The corporation has the exclusive right to use the name “Naval Sea Cadet Corps” and distinctive insignia, emblems, badges, descriptive or identifying marks, and words or phrases needed to carry out the corporation's duties and powers. This section does not affect any rights already held by another person or organization.
The corporation has the exclusive right to use the name “Naval Sea Cadet Corps” and distinctive insignia, emblems, and badges, descriptive or designating marks, and words or phrases required to carry out the duties and powers of the corporation. This section does not affect any vested rights.
