36 U.S.C. § 170108 — Records and inspection

The corporation must keep the listed financial, meeting, and voting-member records. Eligible members and their representatives may inspect those records for a proper purpose at a reasonable time.
(a) Records — The corporation must keep: (1) correct and complete account records; (2) minutes of proceedings of its members, executive committee, and committees that have any of the authority of its executive committee; and (3) at its principal office, a record of the names and addresses of members who may vote. (b) Inspection — A member who may vote, or the member's agent or attorney, may inspect the corporation's records for any proper purpose at any reasonable time.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account;
minutes of the proceedings of its members, executive committee, and committees having any of the authority of its executive committee; and
at its principal office, a record of the names and addresses of its members entitled to vote.
A member entitled to vote, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
