36 U.S.C. § 170111 — Distribution of assets on dissolution or final liquidation

After the corporation is dissolved or finally liquidated, assets left after all liabilities are paid or adequately provided for must go to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for paralyzed veterans' care and comfort. The remaining assets must be used as stated.
On dissolution or final liquidation of the corporation, any assets remaining after the discharge or satisfactory provision for discharge of all liabilities shall be transferred to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to be applied to the care and comfort of paralyzed veterans.
