The corporation may not operate for profit. Its earnings and property may be used only for its stated purposes, and it may not occupy a District of Columbia park.
(a) Profit.— The corporation may not operate for profit.
(b) Use of Earnings.— The corporation may use earnings only for the purposes in section 200102 of this title.
(c) Use of Property.— The corporation may use property it holds, and proceeds from that property, only for the purposes in section 200102 of this title.
(d) Parks in the District of Columbia.— The corporation may not occupy a park in the District of Columbia.
The corporation may not operate for profit.
Earnings generated by the corporation may be used only for the purposes provided in section 200102 of this title.
Property held by the corporation, and the proceeds from the property, may be used only for the purposes provided in section 200102 of this title.
The corporation may not occupy any park in the District of Columbia.
