The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War must keep accurate financial records and minutes from its national encampments and council meetings. Any member, or their agent, can inspect these records for a proper reason at reasonable times.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account; and
minutes of the proceedings of its national encampments and council of administration.
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
