The corporation must keep complete accounting records and minutes of its national encampments and council. A member or representative may inspect the records for a proper purpose at a reasonable time.
(a) Records.— The corporation must keep— (1) accurate and complete accounting records; and (2) minutes of proceedings of its national encampments and council of administration. (b) Inspection.— A member, or the member’s agent or attorney, may inspect the corporation’s records for any proper purpose at any reasonable time.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account; and
minutes of the proceedings of its national encampments and council of administration.
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
