The corporation may adopt a constitution and bylaws. It may also hold property in the District of Columbia, as long as it's needed for the corporation's purposes.
The corporation may: (1) adopt a constitution and bylaws; and (2) hold property in the District of Columbia, as long as the property is necessary to carry out the corporation's purposes.
The corporation may—
adopt a constitution and bylaws; and
hold property in the District of Columbia necessary to carry out the purposes of the corporation.
