The corporation must keep accurate financial records and minutes of its convention and board meetings. Any member, or the member's agent or lawyer, may inspect these records. Inspection is allowed for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
The corporation shall keep—
correct and complete records of account; and
minutes of the proceedings of its national convention and board of administration.
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
