The corporation can adopt bylaws, own property, and sue or be sued. It can also set up offices around the country. It may do anything else reasonably needed for its purposes.
The corporation may—
adopt and amend a constitution, bylaws, and regulations;
adopt and alter a corporate seal;
establish and maintain offices in the District of Columbia and the States, territories, and possessions of the United States to conduct its affairs;
acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer property as necessary to carry out the purposes of the corporation;
sue and be sued; and
do any other act necessary and proper to carry out the purposes of the corporation.
