To use powers or privileges under this chapter, the corporation must name an in-State agent for service of legal process in every State where it has a chapter.
As a condition of exercising any power or privilege granted by this chapter, the corporation must file with the appropriate official of each State where it has a chapter the name and address of an agent in that State who may receive legal process or demands against the corporation.
As a condition to the exercise of any power or privilege granted by this chapter, the corporation shall file, with the secretary of state or other designated official of each State in which a chapter is organized, the name and address of an agent in that State on whom legal process or demands against the corporation may be served.
