When the corporation dissolves or is finally liquidated, remaining assets go to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs after all liabilities are paid or adequately provided for.
On dissolution or final liquidation of the corporation, any assets left after all liabilities have been paid or adequate provision has been made to pay them must be transferred to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for the care of disabled veterans.
On dissolution or final liquidation of the corporation, any assets remaining after the discharge or satisfactory provision for the discharge of all liabilities shall be transferred to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for the care of disabled veterans.
