This section requires the FFA to keep specified records and allows members to inspect them at reasonable times.
(a) Records. The FFA must keep—(1) accurate and complete accounting records; (2) minutes of proceedings of its members, board of directors, and committees that have any authority of the board; and (3) a record of members’ names and addresses.
(b) Inspection. A member, or the member’s agent or attorney, may inspect FFA records at any reasonable time.
The FFA shall keep—
correct and complete records of account;
minutes of the proceedings of its members, board of directors, and committees having any of the authority of its board of directors; and
a record of the names and addresses of its members.
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the FFA at any reasonable time.
