Army, Air Force, and Space Force members must be paid regularly. Unpaid arrears may not exceed two months unless circumstances make a longer delay unavoidable.
Members of the Army, Air Force, and Space Force must be paid at times that keep unpaid arrears at no more than 2 months, unless circumstances make a longer delay unavoidable.
Members of the Army, the Air Force, and the Space Force shall be paid at such times that arrears will at no time be more than two months, unless circumstances make further arrears unavoidable.
