The determination of who is authorized to receive a payment under section 602 is final. No United States official or court may review it.
The determination of the person authorized to receive a payment under section 602 of this title is final. An official of the United States or a court may not review that determination.
The determination as to the person authorized to receive a payment under section 602 of this title is final and is not subject to review by an official of the United States or a court.
