The Postal Service has an official seal, which the Board files with the Secretary of State. Courts must take judicial notice of it without extra proof. The seal goes on all officer commissions and is used to authenticate Postal Service records.
The Board must file the Postal Service's official seal with the Office of the Secretary of State. Courts take judicial notice of the seal automatically, without requiring proof it's genuine. The seal is placed on all commissions given to Postal Service officers, and it's used to authenticate official Postal Service records.
The seal of the Postal Service shall be filed by the Board in the Office of the Secretary of State, judicially noticed, affixed to all commissions of officers of the Postal Service, and used to authenticate records of the Postal Service.
