This section says who can administer certain oaths. Anyone a state authorizes to give the oath of office can give this oath too. That person must then record or certify it the same way state law requires for oaths of office.
This section is not split into lettered parts.
Whatever oath this section refers to (as set out in the surrounding law) may be given by anyone the state's law allows to administer the oath of office. After giving the oath, that person must make a record or certificate of it, following the same method the state's law sets for recording or certifying oaths of office.
Such oath may be administered by any person who, by the law of the State, is authorized to administer the oath of office; and the person so administering such oath shall cause a record or certificate thereof to be made in the same manner, as by the law of the State, he is directed to record or certify the oath of office.
