This section requires the Director to follow this chapter when carrying out the information-resources responsibilities assigned under chapter 35 of title 44.
In fulfilling the responsibility to administer the functions assigned under chapter 35 of title 44, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget must comply with this chapter about the specific matters covered by this chapter.
In fulfilling the responsibility to administer the functions assigned under chapter 35 of title 44, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall comply with this chapter with respect to the specific matters covered by this chapter.
