This section requires the head of an executive agency to keep an inventory of computer equipment under that official’s control that is excess or surplus property.
under chapter 5 of this title, the head of an executive agency must maintain an inventory of all computer equipment under the control of that official that is excess or surplus property.
In accordance with chapter 5 of this title, the head of an executive agency shall maintain an inventory of all computer equipment under the control of that official that is excess or surplus property.
