This section sets out the rules for Biannual meetings of representatives of all Commissions. Its provisions state the requirements, permissions, definitions, limits, or funding rules that apply.
(a) In General.— Representatives of each Commission, the Appalachian Regional Commission, and the Denali Commission must meet biannually to discuss issues confronting regions suffering from chronic and contiguous distress and successful strategies for promoting regional development. (b) Chair of Meetings.— The chair of each meeting must rotate among the Commissions, with the Appalachian Regional Commission to host the first meeting.
Representatives of each Commission, the Appalachian Regional Commission, and the Denali Commission shall meet biannually to discuss issues confronting regions suffering from chronic and contiguous distress and successful strategies for promoting regional development.
The chair of each meeting shall rotate among the Commissions, with the Appalachian Regional Commission to host the first meeting.
