In a Federal condemnation case, the Attorney General may agree for the Government to exclude part of the property or an interest that the Government took by declaration or otherwise.
In any condemnation proceeding brought by or for the Federal Government, the Attorney General may stipulate or agree for the Government to exclude any part of the property, or any property interest, taken by or for the Government through a declaration of taking or otherwise.
In any condemnation proceeding brought by or on behalf of the Federal Government, the Attorney General may stipulate or agree on behalf of the Government to exclude any part of the property, or any interest in the property, taken by or on behalf of the Government by a declaration of taking or otherwise.
