The Administrator of General Services may donate certain surplus property to the American National Red Cross for charitable purposes. The property must have been processed, produced, or donated by the Red Cross and determined to be surplus property.
The Administrator of General Services may, in the Administrator’s discretion and under regulations the Administrator may prescribe, donate to the American National Red Cross for charitable purposes property that the American National Red Cross processed, produced, or donated and that has been determined to be surplus property.
