This section requires the Architect of the Capitol to maintain and care for the Oliver Wendell Holmes Garden. The work must follow the laws governing the Supreme Court Building grounds.
The Architect of the Capitol must maintain and care for the Oliver Wendell Holmes Garden under the provisions of law on the maintenance and care of the grounds of the Supreme Court Building.
The Architect of the Capitol shall maintain and care for the Oliver Wendell Holmes Garden in accordance with the provisions of law on the maintenance and care of the grounds of the Supreme Court Building.
