This section requires the District of Columbia Council to designate, reserve, and mark enough nearby street parking spaces for Members of Congress doing public business.
The District of Columbia Council must designate, reserve, and properly mark enough suitable street parking spaces next to every public building for Members of Congress conducting public business.
The Council of the District of Columbia shall designate, reserve, and properly mark appropriate and sufficient parking spaces on the streets adjacent to all public buildings in the District for the use of Members of Congress engaged in public business.
