This section limits the greenhouses and nursery to propagating suitable trees, shrubs, and plants and limits public-reservation planting to those plants.
The greenhouses and nursery may be used only to propagate trees, shrubs, and plants suitable for public reservations. Only those trees, shrubs, and plants may be planted there.
The greenhouses and nursery shall be used only for the propagation of trees, shrubs, and plants suitable for planting in the public reservations. Only those trees, shrubs, and plants shall be planted in the public reservations.
