The section creates the Commission of Fine Arts, sets its membership and terms, and covers vacancies and expenses.
(a) A Commission of Fine Arts exists. (b) It has seven well-qualified fine-arts judges appointed by the President for 4-year terms or until successors qualify. (c) The President fills vacancies. (d) Members receive their actual travel expenses to and from the District of Columbia and while attending Commission meetings.
There is a Commission of Fine Arts.
The Commission is composed of seven well-qualified judges of the fine arts, appointed by the President, who serve for four years each or until their successors are appointed and qualified.
The President shall fill vacancies on the Commission.
Members of the Commission shall be paid actual expenses in traveling to and from the District of Columbia to attend Commission meetings and while attending those meetings.
