This section requires the Administrator to maintain a center of excellence for contracting for services. The center identifies and shares public- and private-sector best practices.
The Administrator must maintain a center of excellence in contracting for services. The center must assist the acquisition community by identifying, and serving as a clearinghouse for, best practices in contracting for services in the public and private sectors.
