Subchapters I and II do not create new rights for people with mental illness. For this section, that term has the meaning given in section 10802(3).
(a) Subchapters I and II does not mean establishing any new rights for individuals with mental illness. (b) for this section, the term “individual with mental illness” has the same meaning as in section 10802(3) 1 of this title.
Subchapters I and II shall not be construed as establishing any new rights for individuals with mental illness.
For purposes of this section, the term “individual with mental illness” has the same meaning as in section 10802(3) 1 of this title.
