Interest on a National Board grant may be reallocated by the Board. Administrative costs are based on all available funds, including interest and private contributions.
Interest accrued on the balance of any grant to the National Board* must be available to the National Board for reallocation, and total administrative costs must be determined based on total amount of funds available, including interest and any private contributions that are made to the National Board.
