This section limits the administrative costs that project sponsors may charge to grants under the applicable program.
A recipient* may use up to 7.5 percent of any annual grant received under this part for administrative purposes. A recipient State* must share the amount available for administrative purposes under the preceding sentence with local governments funded by the State.
