This chapter helps states and local areas plan long-term housing strategies. The goal is to meet the housing needs of people with AIDS and their families.
The purpose of this chapter is to give states and local governments the resources and encouragement to build long-term, comprehensive strategies for meeting the housing needs of people with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and their families.
The purpose of this chapter 1 is to provide States and localities with the resources and incentives to devise long-term comprehensive strategies for meeting the housing needs of persons with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and families of such persons.
