Grant recipients must report to the Secretary each year they get funding. The report covers how many people were helped, what kind of help was given, and more.
Any organization or agency that gets a grant under this chapter must, for each fiscal year it receives one, send the Secretary* a report on how the money was used — including how many people were helped, what kinds of assistance were given, and any other information the Secretary requires.
Any organization or agency that receives a grant under this chapter shall submit to the Secretary*, for any fiscal year in which the organization or agency receives a grant under this chapter, a report describing the use of the amounts received, which shall include the number of individuals assisted, the types of assistance provided, and any other information that the Secretary determines to be appropriate.
